The UK Black Graduate and Professional Student Association (BGPSA) volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass on Sunday, November 17th. The Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home where families can stay close to their hospitalized child. Research shows that a family’s presence in the hospital helps children cope better and heal faster! BGPSA prepared breakfast for around 20 families that are staying at the Ronald McDonald House here in Lexington.
