To get Slate access, please fill out a New User Access Request Form. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your request has been completed.

How do I access Slate Reader?
To access Slate Reader, log in to your Slate account here: https://apply.gradschool.uky.edu/manage/ and navigate to the appropriate section where applications are stored. You’ll see the Reader tab, which grants access to the application materials assigned to you.
What should I do if I encounter issues with Slate?
If you're having trouble with Slate Reader, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, please fill out a Support Request Form and a staff member from the graduate school will review your request and contact you shortly.
